DB Roberts are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our Head Office team. In this role you will learn vital skills in Administration, Marketing and Sales. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to begin a career in the property industry.
- What will the apprentice be doing?
In brief, daily duties comprise of:
- Prepping and creating property particulars, emailing brochures to client’s and dealing with queries.
- Keeping on top of our marketing inbox, forwarding emails over to the relevant teams and ensuing tasks are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Answer incoming calls; handling customer queries professionally and communicating with our branches to effectively relay messages.
- Conducting client due diligence checks
- Liaising with photographers and contractors to arrange property visits
- Training and Qualification
You will attend the Shrewsbury College Campus, London Rd, one day per week (during term time) for your taught input an day release, with the remainder of your working week in the workplace.
